Quieting the Inner Critic

In this recent session, we explored how to shift our relationship with our inner critic. We learned why self-judgment shows up, its effects on the nervous system, and practical tools to respond with compassion instead of criticism.

The session included a gentle, somatic practice to help integrate a more supportive inner voice. We also did a compassionate self-inquiry exercise to soften inner judgment and strengthen inner support.
