Our team provides in-person therapy in Niagara Falls and virtual therapy throughout Ontario.
We offer day time, evening and weekend appointments to ensure therapy is accessible for everyone.

Laura Bruno MA, RP
Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisor, Registered Psychotherapist and Somatic Breathwork Practitioner
With a focus on somatic breathwork and nervous system regulation, Laura integrates science and practical approaches to promote healing and growth. She offers EMDR therapy and specializes in anxiety and trauma. As a former college professor and lifelong learner, Laura continuously enhances her knowledge to better support her clients. With over 15 years of experience, she also brings a specialized background in supporting first responders and their families, drawing from her time working alongside police as a crisis worker.

Amanda is a seasoned psychotherapist with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counselling from Niagara University and over sixteen years of experience. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Amanda’s client-centered approach empowers individuals to actively participate in their healing journey, fostering self-discovery, resilience, and personal growth. Melanie Pine MA, RP
Registered Psychotherapist
Melanie holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). With a background as a sleep technologist and youth crisis responder, Melanie brings a unique perspective to the team. She is trained in the Gottman Method and works with couples to strengthen their relationships through evidence-based approaches. Melanie is passionate about supporting couples and individuals on their healing journey, particularly those struggling with grief and maternal mental health challenges.

Arielle graduated with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She offers EMDR therapy and practices from a trauma-informed perspective, ensuring sensitivity to past traumas and their impact on present experiences. She also incorporates parts work (IFS) and the body (somatic) as part of her approach. She focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment for her clients to explore and heal.

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Instructor
Tamika has completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She brings warmth, presence, and a deep commitment to inclusive care, with a special focus on supporting the BIPOC, 2SLGBTQ+, and neurodivergent communities. Tamika does her best work with individuals who have felt misunderstood or overlooked, creating a space where diverse ways of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world are truly seen and respected.
Tamika is also an EMDR therapist, supporting clients in safely processing and releasing trauma held in both the mind and body.
Her client-centered, eclectic approach ensures each person receives support tailored to their unique needs. As a yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner, she integrates a somatic lens into her work, recognizing that true healing involves not just the mind but also the body.

Katlyn Lamont RP(Q)
Intern Psychotherapist
Katlyn is currently completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and has over five years of experience in frontline addictions and mental health. She has worked extensively with folks struggling with addiction and individuals in the 2SLGBTQ+ community, bringing a person-centred and authentic approach to therapy.
Katlyn is trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring her approach to each client's needs. Katlyn strives to create a supportive and collaborative space for clients to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change.

Cheryl Allen MSc, RP
Registered Psychotherapist
Cheryl is a seasoned therapist with over 17 years of dedicated experience in children’s mental health. She specializes in supporting kids (6+), teens, and families, offering a calm, grounded presence and a collaborative, client-centered approach.
As a certified trauma and resiliency specialist, Cheryl is trauma-informed and has completed extensive advanced training, allowing her to meet each client with deep understanding, sensitivity, and care. Her work spans both school and clinical settings, where she has helped children and youth navigate concerns such as anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, behavioural struggles, grief, and self-esteem challenges.
Cheryl also brings specialized expertise in working with children who have been impacted by or involved in sexualized behaviours or abuse. Beyond individual therapy, she provides parent coaching and family support, helping caregivers strengthen communication, work through conflict, and feel more confident and connected in their parenting.

Jamie Church RP(Q)
Intern Psychotherapist
Jamie is completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. She is passionate about supporting clients through life’s challenges with warmth, empathy, and collaboration. Her approach is person-centered and solutions-focused, integrating ACT, CBT, DBT, and IFS to meet each client’s unique needs.
Jamie takes a spiritual approach to therapy when clients are open to it, weaving in meaning, values, and deeper connection to support healing. She also has a special heart for supporting moms - from postpartum adjustments to the ongoing ups and downs of motherhood.
She is especially drawn to working with women’s mental health, postpartum and motherhood challenges, individuals healing from religious trauma, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and those experiencing anxiety or depression. Above all, she strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their strengths and move toward living more fulfilling lives.
