The Mindful Moms Masterclass is a 4-part live Zoom series designed to help you reconnect with who you are beneath the roles and responsibilities. With a blend of gentle psychoeducation, supportive practices, and practical tools, each session guides you back to your truth—one intentional step at a time.
Whether you join one session or all four, this is your space to pause, reflect, and rebuild your connection to self in a safe and supportive environment.
Each 1-Hour Live Session Includes:

30 minutes of accessible, empowering education on the session’s theme

15 minutes of an experiential practice (such as guided reflection, grounding tools, or nervous system-based exercises) to help you apply what you’ve learned in a meaningful, embodied way

15 minutes for integration, reflection, and connection—with space to ask questions or simply be held in community
You won’t just listen—you’ll feel the work, and leave each session with something real and supportive to bring into your daily life.

Reclaiming Your Authentic Self
SESSION 1 - JUNE 2
Who are you underneath the roles and responsibilities?
In this session, we’ll gently explore what makes you you. Through guided self-discovery and values-based reflection, you’ll begin to reconnect with your inner truth—the version of you that feels grounded, clear, and free. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your core values and how to use them as a compass in your daily life.
Experiential practice: A guided journaling or visualization exercise to help uncover your authentic self.
Quieting the Inner Critic
SESSION 2 - AUGUST 18
That inner voice isn’t the truth—it’s a part of you that’s just trying to protect you.
This session is all about shifting your relationship with your inner critic. You'll learn why self-judgment shows up, how it affects your nervous system, and practical tools to respond with compassion instead of criticism. We’ll end with a gentle, somatic practice to help you integrate a more supportive inner voice.
Experiential practice: A compassionate self-inquiry exercise to soften inner judgment and strengthen inner support.
Boundaries & Connection That Heal
SESSION 3 - OCTOBER 6
Boundaries are not walls—they're bridges to more authentic connection.
If you struggle with people-pleasing, overextending, or not feeling heard, this session is for you. You’ll learn simple, empowering tools to communicate your needs with clarity and kindness—while staying grounded in your body. We’ll use a creative metaphor to help you visualize and honor your personal boundaries with more ease.
Experiential practice: A visualization or body-based metaphor to map and embody your boundaries.
Embodied Action & Aligned Living
SESSION 4 - DECEMBER 1
You don’t need to overhaul your life—you just need to take one small, meaningful step.
In our final session, we’ll focus on integration and forward momentum. You’ll learn how to move from insight to action, using simple, body-based tools that keep you aligned with your values and goals. Together, we’ll identify your next tiny step—and anchor it into your nervous system for lasting change.
Experiential practice: A guided reflection and nervous system anchoring activity to support your next action step.
