Amanda is a seasoned psychotherapist with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counselling from Niagara University and over sixteen years of experience in the mental health field. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Amanda acknowledges the courage it takes to make the initial steps towards an improved sense of self and is inspired by those reaching out and embracing their vulnerabilities.
